Spin The Meal ("we," "our," "the site") is a free tool that randomly suggests a meal. This page explains what little data the site touches, how it's used, and the choices you have. We don't require an account and we don't collect more than we need to run the site.

Information we do not collect

We don't ask you to sign up, log in, or give us your name, email, or any personal details to use the case-opening tool. There are no user accounts on this site.

Location (only if you use "Find restaurants near me")

When you tap the "Find restaurants near me" button, your browser asks your permission to share your device's location. If you allow it:

Your coordinates are sent directly from your browser to Google Maps to open a search centered on your location.
We do not receive, store, or log your location on our servers — the site has no backend that could store it even if we wanted to.
If you decline the permission prompt, the button still works; it just opens a generic nearby search instead.

Cookies and advertising

This site may show ads served by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdSense). These networks may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by Google by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of several third-party vendors' personalized advertising through aboutads.info.

We don't control the cookies these ad networks set. Their own privacy policies explain what they collect and how it's used.
